CrownLux Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mobile auto detailing services to customers (“you” or “your”) under the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services

We offer mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s designated location. Services provided will be based on the package selected at booking.

2. Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • We require accurate address details and vehicle access at the time of booking.
  • If you are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

6. Liability

  • We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn finishes, weak clear coats, or any damage resulting from fragile or heavily deteriorated materials.
  • We are not liable for damage due to weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control during mobile services.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for our technicians.
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
  • Inform us of any areas requiring special attention or fragile parts.

8. Weather Policy

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

9. Privacy
